FOFA: Amendments to the Future of Financial Advice legislation

In March 2014, I wrote an article about the proposed amendments to the Future of Financial Advice (FOFA) legislation for Butterworths Corporation Law Bulletin (issue 4, 7 March 2014). The Corporations Amendment (Streamlining Future of Financial Advice) Regulation 2014 was registered on 30 June 2014 and implements, with effect from 1 July 2014, most of the amendments to FOFA.
